Welcome to P.I.N.E. summer day camps! These are some of the most fun and educational experiences we offer, with highly experienced staff and volunteers committed to mentoring youth in developing their awareness of self, others, and place. Blending nature education, crafts, games, team-building exercises, and self-expression opportunities, we help children and youth learn about themselves and their community through connecting with the natural world.

Pre-registration for returning campers opens in February, and registration for the community at large opens 10 days later. Dates will be posted in our newsletter first, so sign up to get the updates!

Wild Things Wilderness Camp: (8-14) $295/week

Join us for our third season of wandering the wild woods of Muskoka. This day camp focuses on discovering natural mysteries and wonders, building our knowledge and connection to the land and learning ancient and modern wilderness skills such as: safe fire-making in all weather conditions, archery, wildlife tracking, shelter building, nature awareness and so much more. We will then get to apply the skills we learned all week on an overnight “survival camp-out” where we will sleep in a shelter we build as a group. Past camps were full of fun games, songs, sharing circles and plenty of bushcraft skills. Who knows what natural mysteries might unfold this season?

This camp is a great place to make new friends interested in the outdoors, learn new skills that will help you to be comfortable and confident in the wilderness, get some exercise and have some fun in the wild woods of Muskoka.

Campers bring their own lunch and clothing to be outside all day in various weather conditions.
